We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. "This is a very comfortable apartment with clear instructions on use of the appliances, heat, etc. Easy access to major roadways and the Dublin Airport. We had a 91 year old travelling with us and it would have been helpful to know there is a stairway up to the entrance door and a stairway up to the bedrooms of this unit. We are a family that drinks coffee every morning. Instant coffee was provided but the kitchen did not have a real coffee maker. All in all, a lovely, attractive and quiet...
