Dubai holiday

First time staying in this hotel but we will definitely stay here again . Convenient for metro, less than 2 minutes walk to the metro station. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but Devina was really friendly, offered us a welcome drink and also gave us late checkout until 3pm which was a great help. The room was clean and has a washing machine so handy to wash and dry clothes. There’s a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ayoub , the bell boy was also really friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff when requesting towels/additional things. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

An average type of hotel, it’s literally a 3 star. Apartment was decent and clean, breakfast was terrible, no staff at all, one person handling the whole breakfast section, took half an hour to make my omlette and in the end gave it to someone else. I have stayed at several other hotels in this particular area so can easily say other hotels were far better than this for very similar prices per night. So wont be staying there again for sure not just because of the “omelette issue” but overall its an average 3 star hotel

To explore Dubai and avoid the extremely high hotel and eating out costs of key downtown tourist areas, the Adaggio Deira is a great choice. Its modern and tidy and rooms are bright and functional. The small kitchen with fridge is very useful. I did not bother staff that much, we just did our own thing but all appeared to be fine. Heated rooftop pool, was great. Right next door to Gold Souk Metro station (exit 3), my research was correct and we were able to use the Adaggio Deira as our base for 10 days while we explored and travelled around Dubai. We even took the bus to Abu Dhabi for a day! Just buy a Silver NOL card, top it up as needed and this covers all metro, buses, coach service to Abu Dhabi and even ferries across the Creek. I don't recommend the in house World of Curries restaurant which we tried first night. Our child had fish fingers with mould taste. My wife's Pad Thai was uneatable, ingredients weren't fresh. I had Lamb Jalfrezi which tasted ok but only had two tiny pieces of Lamb. The manager as a token brought us some fresh fruit salad for free, but even some of the fruit was not very fresh. Although it takes a few days to settle on your favourite, the side streets of the old town (take foot bridge across the main road) have countless budget restaurants. We kept returning to The Visitors Restaurant, find it on Google maps. Small, but food was very cheap while being tasty, fresh and well prepared. Overall, the Adaggio ticked the box for our requirements.

Felt like home from home. Clean, Spotless beddings, staff helpful and happy individuals. Swimming pool was great. You want privacy then choose secret location, this hotel is very publicly busy and in the centre of Deira locality. I will recommend and stay again particularly with family.

Generally the place was of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to highly recommend the young lady, who helped us on arrival, but unfortunately I did not make a note of her name. When we checked in, they checked our passports and our children's ages. They told us we booked the hotel with breakfast and that they do not use plastic bottles. They told us they had a water purifier, and so we went to the hotel room. After a long flight journey, we were going to rest in the room, but there were no water glasses. We called the reception and asked for water glasses, but even after 20 minutes, we did not get any glasses. So we called again, then after another 30 minutes they finally gave us some glasses. Next morning we went to eat breakfast at the hotel. When we were going to eat, the staff said that we only had paid for 2 adults and not for the children. We told them we booked breakfast for the 4 of us. They said we didn't, but we have been to many hotels and never had this issue. We went to the reception and talked with them for a long time without eating. We showed them our booking. The manager said they would let us eat for free that day, but for the rest of the stay after we had to pay. We did not accept this as we already had paid for the 4 of us with breakfast through Expedia. We told them that we would cancel the breakfast for the adults through Expedia and eat elsewhere. After a while, the receptionist talked with the manager and told us they would give us breakfast for free. But this is not true as we did pay already for our families. Then we went inside the restaurant, which looked really colourful. But the breads were dry, the fruits were old and
