"Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. "Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. "

We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts.
