All the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service, especially Aarti and Mir. I truly appreciate their hospitality. My only small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast menu by adding more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff made our stay even better.

Das Zimmer war an sich sauber, dass Bad allerdings schon ziemlich runter gerockt und bräuchte Mal eine Generalüberholung. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Allerdings gibt es in dem Hotel einen Club und der hat bis 3 Uhr in der Früh offen. Der Bass kommt bis in den Zimmern an. Ist für einen erholsamen Schlaf eher abträglich.

Don't be fooled by the high rating; the hotel is really noisy, very dirty, and has no windows that can't be opened. It's extremely stuffy and has a strange smell that really makes you nauseous. There are 3-4 nightclubs inside the hotel that play loud music until 5 am. There's practically no oxygen in the rooms.

The hotel claims that they have pool and they provide free shuttle service to beach and surrounding area, however when we asked for shuttle they said there is no shuttle service. Also they said the pool is closed and we cannot use it!

I found a bug was flying inside my room. I got bitten then my leg was swollen. When I came back from Dubai I went straight to ER for treatment. The doctor found out my leg was bitten by bug. My leg was really bad already when she check the results. Stay away on this hotel.

Leider ein völlig in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Bilder sind alle geschönt - entsprechen nicht der Realität - definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt, Bettwäsche mehr als fragwürdig, Handtücher fehlten, überall im Hotel riecht es merkwürdig, im Zimmer hängen die Gardinen am "seidenen" Faden, die Fenster - auch wenn von außen - total verdreckt. Service allgemein unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam, gerade beim Frühstück. 4 Servicekräfte stehen rum - keiner fragt mal nach Wünschen wie Kaffee oder so. Und wenn Kaffee - dann ungenießbarer löslicher Aufguß - andere Varianten nur mit Aufpreis - und das bei 4 Sternen. Personal wirkt allgemein nur gelangweilt. Frühstücksangebot sehr mager - mehr indisch oder so - entspricht nicht dem Namen - "International". Abends täglich laute Bässe von Disko im Haus. Keine Ahnung, woher hier 8,6 Bewertungspunkte kommen. Einmal und nie wieder - dieses Haus ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

The location was very good, close to metro and having a big shopping center nearby although my window lock was broken and the engineer had to temporarily fix it. But i was really surprised about the cleanness. 1. I found a roach near the door and had to kill it. OMG. And left it on the floor and when i came back to room, it was still there!!! Are you sure you are cleaning up the room? 2. There were some melon slices fallen to the bar shelf at the fruit section during breakfast. the staff put them to where they were!!! I think the staffs are really not conceding the hygiene things. I won't never go again!!
