「フロントのミスで、最初に渡された鍵の部屋には、誰か別の人の荷物が置かれており、他人にアサインした部屋を私にもアサインしてしまったようだった。すぐに別の部屋をアサインしてもらい、それ以外は問題なかった。」

Make sure to review the hotel policies and open/closed amenities before you book (the website isn't clear on those). Additionally, I wish we had simple access to the in-room fridge (which apparently is for mini-bar items only) -- we love shopping local and often that includes perishables. 」
