「The staff were helpful and kind. The restaurant staff also made a great effort to help me out finding my lost item. The reason I want to visit Lisbon again is because I want to stay here. Comfortable and easy to get everywhere.」

「部屋に湯沸かしポットがなく、レセプションにお願いしても「個数が少ないから、戻ってきたら届ける」。結局、３日目の夕方に届けてもらったが、初日に欲しかった。」

「若干夜にホテルの周囲が若干騒がしかった以外は大変快適でした。朝食も十分おいしく、駅にも近く、ホテル周囲にレストランもたくさんあって、便利でした。」

「Definitely the best hotel of my life. The staff were wonderfully caring and the breakfast was excellent. Also, and this is my favourite point, the entrance scents lovely 🌸 I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Lisbon.」

「We checked in around 11 am after an international red eye flight. Figured we’d ask if early check in was available, and sure enough it was! It was so nice to be able to drop our stuff offf, shower and rest a bit. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. It wasn’t really in a touristy spot but Ubers were cheap enough. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although a lot of them didn’t speak English so communication was difficult (our own fault for not speaking the local language)...

「車での移動だったため、事前に駐車場のことを尋ねたら近くに有料の駐車場（1日12€）があるとのことでしたが、実際は無料でした。ともあれ予約前に確認した方がいいでしょう。 夜遅くに到着して、午前中に出発してしまったので十分に楽しむことができませんでしたが、定期的にイベントを催しているようです。ホステル好きなら気にいると思います。」

「部屋は非常に清潔でバスタブもあり、快適に過ごせました。朝食はビュッフェとメインをオーダーする組み合わせで熱々のオムレツをいただきました。スパークリングワインもありましたが、仕事のため朝いただけなかったのは残念。ホテルの責任ではありませんが、地下鉄駅からの通りが石畳のため、スーツケースを押しづらいのが難点。 地下鉄で海沿いに行くときれいな夕陽が見られました。」
