Staff was amazing, the best service, check in, breakfast, check out. They were so welcoming and made us feel like we were royalty. Room was amazing, food was incredible and the inn is gorgeous. But the best part was the service! Highly recommend this location.

The hotel is a beautiful, grand old home that has been renovated. Unfortunately, our room was in the annex that is next to a large construction project. The staff is warm and won’t let you lift a finger and the breakfast was a delightful buffet in a lovely, light filled dining room.

Great hotel

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, helping find attractions. The room was lovely, clean and had great amenities. Not the closest to the attractions in the city but a 3 minute walk from the metro. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and well done.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a newly renovated boutique hotel and the deluxe room with a balcony that we stayed in was spectacular. The service from all the staff was exceptional. I would return to Lisbon just to stay here again.

Beautiful gem of Lisboa

Valmor Palace is quaint and beautiful. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Attention to detail is exceptional. Every single member of the staff we met was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is fabulous. We loved it!
