I stayed here with 3 of my friends, we had such an amazing experience. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Portugal, this one was the best one. We would all recommend this hotel to our family and friends 10/10. So clean, friendly staff, they always made our beds and replaced our towels without us having to ask ever, and the place was always air conditioned. We didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast as we were always up and about but it looked really good from what I could see. The location is also perfect and central to a lot of tourist attractions. I’d definetly come back to this hotel if I ever come back to Lisbon again!

Nice clean spacious facility!!!!!Excellent location for catching a bus tour. Close to Marquês du pombal when the hop on and bus tours begin. Close to an excellent cafe…. Soul and sip! Across the street. Down the street is another nice cafe/restaurants with excellent pastries. Close to supermarkets to pick up beverages, fruit or snacks. Continente is just across the street. Rooms have a coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. Roof top pool offers a great view of city. Pool is small and Water is freezing but serves the purpose. Needs more loungers: only about 8 loungers in total. Would return!

Great hotel! Located not in the historic center but Uber is very affordable. Rooms are large and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. We were able to check in super early in the morning after arriving from the USA. Really appreciate being able to rest after long flight. There is a great breakfast place just across the street called Soul and Sip.

Really nice rooms, easy to use garage with rental car (but not for wide cars!), good service and excellent breakfast. Central and nice, so absolutely recommended. If you plan to train, or use the pool, have low expectations. Lots of debris in pool, and did they even have a training room? Beyond that, very nice place

Had a great stay. We had four adults in a room, and were very comfortable. The room was very clean. AC worked great. Staff were very friendly. Location was ideal in the heart of Lisbon and close to the Metro. Supermarkets and restaurants were close to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well presented hotel, rooms well designed, spacious with good quality furnishings. Beds very comfortable, including the sofa beds. Good location for buses into the town. Disappointed hotel pool was broken for the whole stay, and then found out when checking out that other families had been offered use of a pool at an alternative hotel. Poor response from reception staff.

The suite for a family of four was excellent. They had the sofa beds all set up and ready for our late night arrival. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The space is clean and lovely.

Huge room with separate bedroom. Perfect for families with kids because privacy for parents! And also occupancy laws in Portugal restrict how many people can be in a room, so you have to be careful when booking a room that it actually allows the amount of people you have, as some hotels don't allow more than 2. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great. The outdoor rooftop pool is small and cold but better than nothing. My only complaint is gym is terrible. Only a few small free weights, a treadmill, a bike, and a broken multi-machine. But if you are in Lisbon to relax and eat pastel de nata and don't mind skipping leg day, then who cares! :D

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and helpful. Although the location of the hotel is not in the Lisbon city centre, you can still easily get around by bus or metro. I would recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay before early flight back to UK. Clean, modern hotel. Room was large, nicely decor and had good amenities. Nice bar/lobby space. Staff were helpful. Only slight oddity was needing to provide a €20 deposit per pool towel - in cash. I didn’t have any cash, but staff were helpful and we did get towels. The roof top pool are was a little underwhelming - a little bit of ‘set dressing’ could turn it into a real oasis.
