"The property looks beautiful in the pictures, however, it wasn't my experience up close. Check in was smooth, once inside, the amount of dust collected on the ceiling fans, plus on other surfaces was completely unacceptable. There were boogers on the wall! Literal boogers.... Over all, from the host to Vrbo service was terrible. They wanted to keep my payment despite the service not being rendered! A property if being rented should be well kept, maintained, and clean! "

"Gulf coast retreat was a perfect home away from home! The location was fantastic. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. "It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! "
