"I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The price was definitely great and I will stay here again in during future visits to South Korea."

"Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again"

"Looked like photos. Comfy bed, large tub was functional and water was HOT. Spacious. Near public transport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, arcades, karaoke rooms, etc. Easy check in/out in English. Internet struggled intermittently, making remote work difficult. LOUD sounds of machinery at all times of night and day."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was way too small. We arrived one day later and were told we still had to pay that night. The rooms weee extremely small. The first room’s outlet was not in the wall. The shower was right in front of the toilet. No curtain was available. The sink leaked water and the door did not shut completely. The room was super small that it was not enough room for luggage’s for three people. The mattresses were hard and the blankets were warm but felt like plastic. They made a rustling noise like plastic bags. The next day, I asked if I would be charged for all five nights if I checked out that day. They said I would be charged for all nights at the regular rate I booked it for. I asked if a manager could consider at least charging only 50 % and the girl at the front desk kindly said they don’t do that. She was very courteous. I left that day and they charged my card the $407.11. One night was enough for me at this hotel. I checked into another hotel with way more space with well functioning sinks, a shower with a shower curtain and tub that I didn’t have to worry about the toilet paper getting wet while I showered. When my teen took a shower, the shower head would not stay in place and it ended up causing water to over flow into the bed areas. I was able to stop it with towels on the floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"I overlooked check-in time at the time of booking which was at 6pm, kinda late. Was charged ₩30,000 for an early check-in. Room next to our room had a man and woman fighting loud at 3am. Room smelled like cigarette smoke that kept me and the husband sneezing all night as we are allergy prone. Amenity packet given to us had an open toothpaste. Receptionist was grumpy. We are always given 2 hotel card keys at any hotel but the Head One receptionist refused to give an extra one for my husband.Would not recommend for a female solo traveller. Cheap hotel and location was across the train station but..."
