Bad hotel.

I did not get what I paid for. I paid 2450 taka for the room. First, they gave me a small room with no dressing table, mirror, hanger in the bathroom, shower, or water heater. Then they gave me another room with an AC that did not work properly and a water heater line that was not connected to the shower. The manager/owner's behavior was bad. They tried to cover up their fault.

It was an awful experience stay at Rezala Restaurant Catering and Residence. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and trustworthy! I showed them the receipt for my reservation, the total amount I paid for two nights, but they did not accept it. After the first night they stay forcing me to pay double amount in cash though I already paid for it. Finally, they give me condition if I wanna stay second night I must have to pay extra 2000 taka otherwise I have to leave. As I mentioned above I already paid for two nights but they don’t care they said they did not get money from Expedia, they don’t do the business with Expedia which was completely lied. However, I decided not to stay in this location anymore. I emailed to Expedia and ask for the remaining credit. So, this was so embracing, most unpleasant experience in Rezala. I recommend to others before reserve your room here or any other hotel please read the customer reviews then decided where you should booked our hotel. I will Never recommend for this Rezala Residence!!!!
