Only less than ideal aspect is amenity fee, which was not explicitly discussed during booking process or at check in. This seems pretty typical nowadays and is fairly reasonable, but would have been nice to know or even just pay upfront/price into booking."

"We enjoyed the view from our room but the three nighs and four days we were there we never had hot water and we were greatful it wasn't that warm as couldn't imagine taken sunscreen off in barely lukewarm water. We called every day but they just told us to run the water which never got hot. The coffee was good as well as the food in the bar. The fish house for breakfast was disappointing that on Saturday it was just the buffet and it wasn't replenished so we ended up leaving as it wasn't worth $22 a person for srambled eggs, oatmeal, pastry and sausage. We wouldn't come back to this resort and I hope they honor my wishes of not charging me for the resort fees. The manager wasn't there when we checked out at 9:30."

"Everything was great until the day I left and I found I was bitten by bed bugs. There were 5 spots on my body that are incredibly itchy. This gave me a lot of anxiety and a terrible way to end my vacation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and the macarons they sent to guests were very sweet and considerate. I didn't tell the staff about my condition because I didn't find about my condition until the day of check out and it became worse on my way home. I hope the hotel does something about the bed bug."

"There were a few good restaurants within walking distance but it was a good 25 minute walk to King St. but very doable !"
