「Great location, just a block and a half off the main drag. Old abandoned mansion district is now full of new life. Due to location street parking on this block is free when available. Good communication with host, no problems with access. Friendly cats and neighbors. Came in for a concert at the Majestic Theater and this was a perfect choice. 」

「I've never been so uncomfortable at a rental. There's a difference between having cameras and sensing/monitors in the rental, and watching every step your tenant makes. This man is watching you and paying attention to what you're doing during the entire stay. It's truly unsettling and it ruined our stay entirely. It started the first night with us assuming that a Schlage lock on the outside of the building would have auto lock. He texted me threatening to change the lock code and kick us out....

「The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue...
