"Everything is great... lovely people "

"Nice hotel, was a bit more expensive, probably because of the onsen on site. Yamaguchi is a wonderful city!"

"Wonderful Onsen bath, friendly staff and yummy bowl of ramen compliments of the hotel. "

"Great location, good but slightly underwhelming breakfast and restaurant, some might not appreciate having to use the hot spring bath two doors down. "

"the room is clean, front desk staff is very helpful; 600 yen for car parking;"

"close to the train station, clean business hotel"

"The shower is broken"

"Have stayed here several times. The best lodging in Iwakuni city."

"We enjoyed the varied amenities that the hotel offered"

"The hotel staff are very friendly and attended to things promptly and professionally"

"Clean, business style hotel, simple yet extremely functional. Both check-in/out are completed on a kiosk to the right-side of the front desk. Suited our needs wonderfully and the only suggestion for improvement would be thicker walls so I don't hear my neighbors."

"Lovely stay "

"I’ve stayed here multiple times when it was called the Sunshine Resort. Recently, they renovated this property and it is back to its original splendor. Definitely book an executive level room with the beach view and outdoor tub if you can. There is a free drink and appetizer lounge for executive level room customers and other perks. Ride the bikes around the island. Beautiful property and surroundings. "

"Great stay at this beautiful Hotel!"

"The level of service was exceptional"

"Clean room staff was very nice "

"Fast and easy with wonderful assistance from the front desk team "

"若い日本人スタッフがしっかり丁寧に接客してくれます。十分な「おもてなし」をいただきました。また利用させていただきます。"

"The location is very peaceful indeed, and we found our Japanese room very comfortable. Options for breakfast were a bit limited. Nice to be able to book the ofuro but the schedule is a bit too restrictive (5-10 p.m. only). Overall a nice place to stay and good value for money."
