"There is no privacy. Only a small poorly erected bamboo screen in front of the only door which is full glass. The front glass door only locks on the inside with a key so in an emergency you can't get out unless you have a key. The noise is unbearable as you can hear every footstep and conversation from the tenants above. The bed was very shakey and I though it would break if I turn over. The plumbing is deplorable (almost third world). I took a shower and the toilet and sinks began to bubble...

"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"
