Even though I selected ‘free parking’ in my search options, it wasn’t until check in that I was informed that parking was a considerable extra cost per night. This was an extra expense that was not budgeted for, causing me to locate more affordable parking that was an inconvenient distance from the accommodation. There were no free street parking options during the weekdays, and limited on weekends. If this information was made clear at the time of booking, I would have decided not to hire a car. Or I could have chosen a different property that suited my needs. Mould on grout in the shower, stained carpet in the living room and the balcony tiles were filthy! Management did not respond to my email complaint. "
