「My stay at River Edge Inn was surprisingly pleasant, considering the low cost of the reservation. The exterior is attractive and clean, nothing fancy. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and check-in was quick and hassle free. My two double room was clean and roomy. The room included a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was a little small but functional and clean. The mattresses aren't anything to write home about, but were comfortable enough. I really liked the picnic...

「Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back.」

「Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again」

「If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.」

「A great spot to stay for 2 couples on a weekend trip! We were able to enjoy the waterside access in our yard, the private beach access a few minutes away (we drove once and walked once), and we’re able to visit a number of the businesses suggested to us in the Welcome Book provided by our hosts! Excellent experience for our first visit and would certainly return!」

「Enjoyed the stay. Easy access. 」

「This was a beautiful B&B to stay at! Parking and check in was so easy, as lol the information is sent to you ahead of time. So you can just go straight to your room with no formal check in or out. The property was just right next to multiple places to eat and just two blocks from the beach. Communication was also easy by using their text number.」

「This is our 4th time to come here and the view still amaze me. Fishing is great in this area. My family and I really had an amazing, fun and relaxing stay as always. See you next time.」

「Beautiful place great communication really clean really nice and cut」

「We had an excellent experience staying at this property. We will definitely rent this again!」

「This place is absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it. Excellent communication with the host.」

「Very nice little cottage, quite neighborhood and great location. Host was very friendly, helpful and available when needed. House is cute inside & out, nice beach theme. The bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa was found to be uncomfortable. The outside enclosure was very much enjoyed, with the seating, lights & fan. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent this property again. Perfect cottage for 2.」

「An adorable rental sitting above an even cuter shop! Bedrooms were comfy and cute. Kitchen was well stocked and more than adequate for short term stays. Bathroom was small and all the way at the other end from bedrooms but worked fine. Loved sitting on the deck with a view of the water and people watching. Close to many restaurants. We went mid week and it was very sleepy, lots of restaurants and shops are closed Tuesday with some smaller shops only being open Th-Sun but it was fine w us....

「This property was perfect. The owners were home and we had the chance to meet them and they made sure we could get in properly. The deck was wonderful - beautiful sitting there and enjoying coffee in the morning. The inside was spotless and bed was comfortable. It was on a quiet street and it was delightful. Highly recommend this property for a couple's get away!」

「The property was very nice and very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would 100% book again!」
