「Not quite the 5 star experience that we were expecting. The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC. The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. The room was comfortable but it would have been great to have seats on the balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. I have stayed...

「A lovely place located on a farm with ample parking and a warm welcome on arrival. My room was large, spacious and well stocked with bottled water, teas, coffee and even a small fridge containing a jug of milk, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and super clean. I had to leave early in the morning for business and the owner had made me a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich for my journey. Thank you, I will be sure to stay again when I am in the area. 」

「Hotel was locked and shut when we arrived. No answer to door bell or phone calls. Local pub across the road told us that it had been closed for a week or two. Great customer service to not bother to tell us that they needed to cancel our reservation!」
