「We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.」
「Ideally situated for visiting Port Talbot and the Gower peninsular area. The hotel was very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful (no problem each morning getting my gluten free toast) and even the basic room is lovely and spacious. Loads of parking right outside. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods from fruit/cereals/cooked options and sweet pastries.
