「A wonderful property - the pool was very popular with my kids」

「The house was HOT! The ac worked but not very well. The AC does not cool the first floor. It stayed between 76 and 79. The AC on the second floor isn’t cold but it’s bearable.  The kitchen was not stocked with essentials for a family who would be cooking. Inadequate kitchen supplies and the pots and pans are not suitable for cooking for more than 4 people The outdoor eating area could not be used because of chicken poop all over the tables and chairs. In order to get to the pool, pond and...

「This place is absolutely incredible. We had the families of our baseball team all stay together (24 total) plus our boys on the last night. There was tons of room and proximity to the park made this place worth every penny. Lots of entertainment for siblings on site, super clean…highly recommend!!」

「Unique, fun stay in a nicely accommodated Air Stream!」

「Our stay at Toad Hall Carriage House was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our host, AnnBritt, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and attentive to every detail. The carriage house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location was so easy to access. But what really made this stay special was the incredible setting. The gorgeous running trails were a dream, and being surrounded by beautiful horses and chickens made it feel...

「Well-kept vintage airstream on a beautiful property with lots of outdoor space, gorgeous wildflowers, and even a view peaking out at the mountains in the daylight. Being able to bring my dog was a massive help logistically and it was so fun to let him run around the large yard! Hosts gave detailed check-in instructions, double checked to make sure we got them, and let us know they were located nearby and able to help with any issues. This spot was such a great find!」

「We had an incredible stay at Rabbit Run farmhouse! The location is picture perfect, and it was such a wonderful, relaxing place to recharge after long days at Dreams Park. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great the whole week. The house was stocked with extra towels and sheets. Truly every detail was thought out of what would make someone’s stay more comfortable. The game room was a big hit with our kids, and we tried our hand at fishing too. My favorite thing was sitting on the back...

「As advertised. Wonderful property.」

「We had a wonderful week at an amazing house. Deb & Steve responded immediately and were so kind. The house is perfect and the yard and surrounding areas are so peaceful. We ate at the nearby Fly Creek Apple Cider Mill several times, and the food is excellent. It was only a 12 minute drive to Dreams Park which was so convenient! If I ever come back, I want to stay here!!!」

「We had a wonderful stay here, while our son played in Cooperstown. The property was exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything needed to make our time relaxing and enjoyable. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were! Our kids loved the large grassy area out front for playing wiffle ball and badminton. This a perfect spot for families coming to Cooperstown Dreams Park- a short drive to everything, with space for a family to spread out and relax.」

「Very cute place to stay while our boys played at Dreams Park. Highly recommend」
