「We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. 「Twelve of us stayed for a long graduation weekend and the home could not have been better. It is spotlessly clean and so well-furnished and equipped - the pictures do not do it justice. Tons of space to spread out and gorgeous views and countryside around, but it took us twelve minutes to get to downtown Ithaca」

It would have been awesome if washer and dryer were part of the stay but no biggie. You just need to be careful when accessing the property in night as there are less lights on road. Rely on gps 」

「This could be a spectacular place to stay, but just missed the mark. In all of our travels, we have NEVER stayed at a place with NO PLACE TO HANG ANYTHING! I feel certain this could be remedied. Otherwise, it was a lovely room. Maybe we missed it somewhere, but at the hotel or in the documentation, there were no directions for getting to the falls.We walked along the busy highway when we didn’t have to. 「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. 「It is a nice hotel close to Cornell University. This hotel is located along the city center called "Ithaca Commons." Quiet, clean, hotel staff was very friendly, everything was fine. They have a shuttle to Cornell University and an airport. One front desk person should have told me about the presence of their shuttle to me, though. He did not tell me that their shuttle would take me to an airport so I had to cancel the cab in front of the hotel after a shuttle bus driver told me that. 」
