"This hotel was easy to get and a quick walk to the metro and train station. The gym was great and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The safe was helpful and friendly. "

You were greeted upon arrival, we used the service of the concierge twice to book excursions, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! We appreciated the access to the roof top bar. Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "
