「The hotel is gorgeous, excellently maintained and decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! 「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」

「Excellent hotel for me. I could use free taxi service from the airport to the hotel with the information of my flight and time by previous e-mail to the hotel. The restaurant is wonderful and we enjoyed special dinner with our friends. The room is very clean with strong shower with large bathtab. We actually need a taxi to go anywhere outside the hotel, because the hotel is in nature. However, the taxi is not expensive here (within 1000 peso to downtown or Argentina side of the Falls). 」
