「Inside room quality is not that great, I will say three star hotels room, 4 people room and wash room was too small even the wardrobe door was broken and too small, look like repainted.」

「Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....

「Great location. Very close, 3 min walk, to Masjid Nabawi. All the fast food places within 1 min walk. Airport is 20 min and train station is 15 min. 」

「The rooms are already spacious but front desk upgraded my room to a suite which was not needed but fantastic. Staff and house kippers were polite and courteous. Excess to the exit was good. 」
