「I can see that they are making an effort to keep the lobby clean. However, some of the facilities are very dirty, and in the court yard, old trash has been left scattered around.」

「We booked a 2 night stay, My wife got sick and we checked out after one night. The hotel would not refund the extra night. I understand this is within their rights, but it still does not sit well.」

「Great for a one night stopover. Very central. Rooms are huge and well fitted out in the kitchen. Would stay again.」

「There are no room upgrades. The pool and hot tub were unavailable is are undergoing reservations, and we were never told about that. I wasn’t able to sign up for rewards ahead so I had to pay full price because it was prepaid」

「Good」

「IT is a nice hotel with friendly staff. However, it was a rainy day, and after checked in, we found a few bugs in the room. After reported to the front desk, they moved us to a different room and that was it. The hotel is very nice otherwise and we like it.」
