「We were very pleased with our overnight here - it was economical and more than sufficient. It was clean, comfortable and it was nice to have breakfast included (try the cinnamon buns!) 」

「We loved the quaintness of the room, complete with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling drapes. Having a restaurant right on site was incredible. I especially loved the girl dinner deal! We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful.」

「The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever. We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

「This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get」

「How in good conscience anyone would list this "floating oasis" as great or stunning is irreprehensibl Was no safe way of accessing the boat for five 65-68 yr. old women. No ramp to access. Needed to jump from a plastic two step stool onto a ledge and pull yourself up ladder to get on deck. If you would unfortunately slip or lose your grip you would be in the water. Received check-in instructions upon arrival. Which completely put a damper on our trip right from the get go. Instructions indicated...

「Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !」

「comfortable for five and even the sixth person. Cute house, convenient location. Need instructions on using shower heads and on what tv channels are available.」

「Everything was clean and easy to use. Lots of space for different activities inside and out. Good location.Two small suggestions: It would have been nice to have had the porch light on when we arrived since it was a dark and rainy night. Secondly, Small plates in addition to the good supply of dinner plates and glassware would have been appreciated. Thanks for asking!」

「The owner was very nice and prompt at responding. The house was comfortable. A little short on extras but suited our purpose. (there is not an ice maker, but she has a small ice machine that is not enough for 4 people- just one small example). 」
