「Friendly staff and lovely property surrounded by beautiful nature. Only wished the gym were bigger with at least more than 1 treadmill.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend staying here.」

「茶畑の山の上にあるクラッシックなとても素晴らしいホテルです。景色、ブリティッシュガーデンも素晴らしいです。サリーを着て行う茶摘み、マイクロ製茶工場見学(機械が小さい)本格的なティーテイスティングなどのアクティビティも充実しています。アフタヌーンティー、茶葉を使ったコース料理、フェイシャルマッサージもあります。 また宿泊したいホテルです。ありがとうございました。」

「町の中心から車で10分か15分位離れた場所にあります。小さなホテルで、まるで親しい人の家に泊まりに来たような気分になりました。部屋からは畑や学校も見えます。時々トゥクトゥクが通り過ぎ、のどかでした。 一番印象に残ったのは、夕食と朝食を出してくれた若いスタッフです。私達が日本人だとわかると、日本語で声をかけてくれた上に、厨房へ戻りながら一生懸命覚えたての日本語を練習しているのに気づきました。 他のスタッフからも暖かいもてなしを受けました。食事中シェフが挨拶に来た他、チェックアウトの際、シェフが念の為再度部屋の忘れ物チェックを一緒にしてくれました。時々スマホなどを忘れるお客さんがいるそうです。 朝ホテルを出発する時、例の若いスタッフから「またいつか会いましょう。私達のことを忘れないで下さい」と声をかけられ、お互い握手しました。 」

「We stayed in the Araliya Suite 24.2-27.2. Which was absolutely spotless and modern. We loved having our own private pool, sauna, and river view, where we even went swimming a few times. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Indunil. He arranged an adventure for us to the waterfalls, a short jungle hike, and also acted as a guide to a nearby cave. He also guided us to safely swim at the waterfall behind the hotel. And to top it all off, he arranged a candlelight dinner by the river! Five...

「We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are comfortable, but there’s nothing special about the hotel itself. The location is very handy for a walk through Galway Park and it’s out of the bustle of town. Restaurant is fine. The surrounding area is a bit hilly if you want to walk around. 」

「落ち着いた静かな丘陵のホテルとしては特徴があってそれなりに良い宿泊でした。 朝食付とありましたが、パンではなくスリランカスタイルの朝食をお願いしたら、チェックアウト時にしっかり人数分が会計に含まれていました。」

「紅茶畑に囲まれているというだけで選んでしまいましたが、スタッフの方は親切で朝ごはんも美味しかったです。ただ、大きいホテルのようにビュッフェとはいかず、シンプルにトーストとフルーツとオムレツでした。 一番安い部屋を予約しましたがそこそこ広く清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ただ、ホテル自体が一軒の木造？の家であり、部屋がロビーに隣接していたためロビーの音がよく聞こえました。気になる方は気になるかもしれません。 二階にはバルコニーがあり夕方と朝ゴロゴロするのがとても気持ちよかったです。」

「This place was so clean and we felt comfortable. The location was a bit inconvenient but they could prepare us local food for dinner and it was nice. The hot water wasn't hot enough but maybe because it was such a cold season. We left something behind but they kindly offered to send it to my family in Sri Lanka. For this price, it was satisfying.」

「本来予約していたよりも広い部屋を割り当ててもらえました。 街の中心から少し坂を登っていく必要はありますが、見晴らしがよく、部屋も清潔で、良い滞在になりました。 朝食は屋上のテラスから景色を見ながら摂れるので、とても気持ち良かったです。」
