There is a wonderful mix of old well-maintained homes and flashy new modern ones, all with beautiful gardens. All day long, neighbors are out walking their dogs. This apartment is in the middle of a beautiful block. Two minutes in one direction and you are at the neighborhood corner with coffee, pizza, a grocery, a high-end produce market, and a pharmacy. 「This is an unbelievable property location with amazing views of Sidney Harbour and a five minute walk to the South Mosman ferry dock. This allows you to get to Central Sydney in 15 minutes. The unit itself is somewhat older and a little quirky, but that is more than made up for by the fantastic location. The car parking spot is incredibly tight. Anything larger than a motorcycle will be a very tight squeeze. We stayed there a week and did not use the vehicle the entire time. If you can do it...
