「This property was in perfect condition, well appointed, and perfectly located for skiing at Snowbasin. The unit manager, Launa provided excellent pre-arrival instructions and follow-up communication and responded to any of our question or requests for local information in minutes, which is certainly not the norm for most vacation rental properties. If we ski in Utah next year, this is where we are staying! Florida Ski Family」

「A few wet smells 」

「The condo was very nice. We would certainly stay there again. Just a suggestion for the owner: having some kind of sheer window covering on the windows/door would allow light into the unit while maintaining privacy. The issue was the management company--their directions to the condo were inaccurate, they couldn't be reached after hours, and we were not able to get into the unit for our first night's stay. The management company was slow to respond to our complaint and has promised us a refund...

「We had a good stay at this basement rental. Technically, it’s a basement, but it doesn’t feel like one because plenty of sunlight comes through the surrounding windows. The location is very good—just 12 minutes from Snowbasin, and Lee’s Marketplace is only a short walk away.The space was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful, going above and beyond by preparing plenty of essentials.One thing to note for future renters...

「We booked this house as a moms weekend away for a friends 40th birthday. It was very clean with ample beds and bathrooms. The living area and kitchen is a cozy setup. Not an amazing view but It was our mistake that we thought it overlooked the lake when we booked. We loved how cute Eden and Huntsville are and enjoyed the beautiful drive down to Ogden's 25th street.We would stay again! 」
