「Booked a 1st floor King room THREE days in advance due to hip surgery. Expedia apparently doesn't inform the property of these requests. I get a return confirmation for a queen room. Okay, no major issue, right? WRONG!!!!!!! We get to the property and was ignored by the front desk attendant for about a minute while I was standing right in front of him. 「Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.」

「It was an amazing stay in the wilderness, so many little animals to watch, the river is surrounding the private property. Town is a short 5 min drive away. Bathroom has hot water, kitchen is functioning with a pretty large fridge. There is even a coffee machine. We went for a dip in the cold water of the creek. . Would love to stay again.」

「While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.」
