The layout of the place was great and fits the needs of a 2 bedroom apt well. Our mini aussie enjoyed his ability to keep eyes and ears on all rooms from one spot. Between Stewart's and Dollar General one can easily get any needed items. We travel to this area often and would love to stay at this site if available.

If you stay here, be sure to make your way out to Mike and Maria’s lavender farm on Slate Rd. It’s a beautiful spot, and Mike and Maria are wonderfully kind and engaging hosts. The apartment was in a convenient location for us, and everything we needed was there.

Perfect spot to accomplish our mission that wkend.

This was a location between 2 places my friend would be going to for celebrating a Vietnamese wedding and it proved to be the perfect place for that. Lovely accommodations, convenient to dining in all ranges and the time of year just put color on our cheeks as we looked at the incredible colors all around us of God's beautiful handiwork!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at Maria’s place. It was just as we remembered. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious — it checked all of the boxes. Maria is an extremely gracious host as well and accommodated a special request. We’d love to return again!

Getaway

We stayed in this cute little loft while we watched our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown. It was a wonderful stay cute little loft, nice and clean and easy to get to. Renters are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We had it an amazing stay and I would highly recommend anyone.

Great Experience!

Sharon Springs' charming local shops and delicious restaurants are all within walking distance of this delightful, spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom loft. We were ideally located and within driving distance to all of the attractions in the Cooperstown area. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and we will be returning for our next adventure.

Magnificent Monticello

We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous loft, in a perfect location in the charming village of Sharon Springs. The hosts have created a warm, comfy, top-notch apartment in an historic building. We loved the soft bedding, towels and robes. Little touches like coffee, tea and spices made our stay effortless and relaxing. Thank you, Maria and Mike.

This place is a gem!

My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful historic place and loved it. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included nice surprises like plush bath robes. The location is ideal. We liked being across from the Beekman mercantile and a coffee shop, and a short drive from other towns including Cooperstown. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our family of 4. When we arrived everything was clean and in order at the loft. The air conditioners were all on and we slept comfortably all 4 nighs. The beds had very soft sheets. The towels in the bathroom were very plush! The kitchen was very well equipped the only item it didn't have was a dishwasher. Maria took great care of us, the loft had both regular and decaf coffee along with tea. The only real issue we had was if you walked barefoot the loft floor did have some wide spots that were noticeable with my tender feet. Lastly Maria was too kind to us and got us a bag of ice because the ice maker in the fridge was having an issue the day we arrived.We would certainly stay there again!Thanks Maria,Blaine

Great place/wonderful location

Lovely VRBO, beautifully decorated, and loaded with amenities. Gorgeous hard wood plank floors, fresh paint, well maintained furnishings. Appreciated use of the gorgeous bathrobes. Conveniently located in the center of town and next to a great restaurant open three nights a week (check ahead). It should be noted that this is a second floor walk up. Not a problem, but just in case someone has special needs.

Great visit super easy to communicate with host. Plenty of easy parking and quiet area to stay. Stayed when son was playing at Copperstown. A little bit of a drive from complex but nice to be away from the crowds. Highly recommended!
