「Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.」

「The host was very accommodating. We have a large family and made us of the many rooms/beds. The house was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us since we were visiting family in the area.」

「The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep. 「Our room was somewhat updated, but the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. When our room was cleaned the garbage pails were not emptied.」

「As advertised, the motel was clean, close to Cooperstown, and (relatively) reasonably priced. The lake views are great, and the balconies nice places from which to enjoy it.」

「There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .」

「This was a great location while in town for a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was easy to find, well-maintained, and a short drive to the park and town. We stayed in a family suite, which was spacious and had everything we needed for the week. Having an Ice maker and ability to do laundry in the suite was a huge help also.」

「The king bed was very comfortable and sheets were high quality. New floors and bathroom recently updated and clean. Two chairs could be updated. I liked the separated vanity area from bathroom. It was quiet and the owner was very sweet. Good parking and air conditioner worked fine.」

「I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...
