「The excellent services from staff that we interacted with. I wrote a letter specifically calling out all the staff that went above and beyond to make out stay great. The view from the bedroom was excellent, the glass bottom boat excursion was excellent with the caption always friendly and helpful. The Aqua-arobics was great and unexpected. The best of all was the awesome filet at the Pomelo was the best we have ever tasked and the atmosphere was relaxing and parofessional.」

「We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay. However, several issues impacted our experience: Rooms felt dated and in need of renovation. 「A beach front hotel with nice pool, fantastic bar with live music, restaurant and full service spa. But there is one thing need to change. There is a beach just in front of the hotel. but many local families with lots of squeaking children are coming and making a noise. I expected ADULT ONLY. but there is not ADULT ONLY on the beach....
