「スタッフがフレンドリーで、子どもたちにも優しかった。」

「-We had to wait at entrance for one hour for just checking in. -Although we booked a room for two ppl, there wa only one set of room amenities (slippers, bathrobe, cup etc). -Waiter spilled glass of water during the dinner. My dress and tablecloth got wet but he didn’t apologize. -There were tons of ants on the cakes for dessert buffet. -Room was clean. Location was good.」

「Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy.」

「The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. 「Das Haus war ein schönes, traditionell Mauritianisches Haus, mit riesiger, überdachter Veranda, und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles funktionierte perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Supermärkte und kleine Restaurants in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, auch sonst verkehrsmäßig super angebunden. 「1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!」
