" My wife Iris and I ended our trip in Malaysia and returned home a few days ago. Now thousands of miles away from Langkawi Island, we miss the gorgeous sunset at Kayaputi and the plunge pool of our room. "Very hip and nice breakfast buffet. The WXYZ bar great. The Chef Bob, Sharron and bar staff are amazing. Front desk staff are great and the security, housecleaning and weight staff great. Love pools. Infinity pool, jacuzzi and gym as well. Staff cartridges so convenient and so many suggestions for things to do and go. Launderer very efficient and done well. Highly recommend plus water sports and beach is so wonderful. Langkawi people are great"

"Great location and fantastic hotel. Only minor gripe is that the food wasn’t great it was fine but not great but lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Staff are incredible. Hotel is gorgeous. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer! "

"Lovely stay at the Bayou. Staff are wonderful, so polite and helpful and pool area is gorgeous. Breakfasts are great, lots of choice and it’s conveniently located for Pantai Chenang and Pantai Tangah. Lovely additional touches like movie nights outside while sitting on the pool lounger and free popcorn! "

"From the moment we arrived and warmly welcomed it was clear to us that this was more than just a hotel, it was a luxury experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff utterly amazing and the service impeccable. I have stayed in many resorts and hotels, often on the higher end of the scale, but nothing has come close to this. Simply put, it is the best hotel I have every stayed in, period. A huge personal thank you goes out to Torun, Zia and Prakash from Housekeeping, Suhayl and the Horizon Pool and Bar Team, and last but certainly not least, the entire staff at the Langkawi Kitchen. Staying here was the absolute standout highlight of a beautiful 2 week vacation in Malaysia, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. A beautiful experience that we both will remember for a very long time."

"The hotel was clean and contemporary. It was sea facing and situated quite nicely to the best sunset view, fire show, food and shopping. The prices in Langkawi are much more reasonable. The hotel wasn't secluded, and I couldn't have picked a better hotel in langkawi. The hotel extended our check out till 2pm, which meant we could sleep in, rest, and feel more relaxed.
