「I have been staying at this hotel for many years as a business traveler. This time around I must say I was very disappointed. The food was HORRIBLE, from the breakfast to lunch to dinner. On one occasion I got STALE rice with my order and was very disheartened it only one example. I think it is due to the new staff that this hotel brought on. I am reconsidering staying at a different hotel on my future trips.」

「増築中だったからなのか、部屋は3階でしたが、エレベーターがなくスーツケース運ぶのも一苦労でした。部屋も配線が剥き出しだったり、バスタオル一枚のみでハンドタオル、フェイスタオルもありませんでした。 ユニットバスでしたが、お風呂の仕切りのカーテンがなく水が飛び散らないようかなり気を遣って入りました。 完全に出来上がれば分かりませんが、少なくとも今はおすすめは全くしません。」

「With the exception of the loud music coming from multiple day visitors the property was well maintained over the years… last visited 20 years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful, food and ambience was top shelf compared to the other resorts and hotels in Georgetown. Add this to your list when visiting Guyana. 」
