「AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful.」

「The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. 「This is a new hotel therefore everything looked clean and tidy. I spend only one night but managed to try the food which was very good and enjoyed the gym. 」

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「There is only one restaurant on site with limited options and very little variety each day. The Hotel is new and very clean. The location is good but there are not many things to do within walking distance.」

「Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. 」

「Although the hotel is located a little bit far from th capital, for budget traveller, good to stay. Besides, if you want to go toward Parika or Venezueran direction, it is a good location. One problem i felt was lack of energy of the staffs. If improved this points, this hotel has more potential, i think.」
