The black female staff at the bar who collects money is rude af. Had me waiting 15mins to just pay my bill looked at me while she ignored me in my face. The hotel had no entertainment on Christmas Day dead vibes $2100 for 3 cans of coke, breakfast is made with no love and would not give it to my dog, the room is out dated and In serious need for a renovations shower leaked in to the middle of room the mirror had black specks decor was old the hallways felt like u was in a horror movie dark and low lighting as well as the lights in the suite the bulbs seem to be in one side of my suite and not the other. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The rest of the staff except the one who was at the kitchen till was ok but it’s a no for me the $230usd a night is ridiculously priced and the gym all the equipment is was damaged the running machine all the belts was torn so u will trip and most likely trip and fall down very hazardous. And the hotel offer no entertainment unless u pay 25,000.00 gyd for a new years something that was not explained in detailed in the invite letter I think they are exploiting guest and prices are randomly extortionate. Do not waste your time paying these high prices for absolutely nothing and public can come through the hotel and use there amenities for a fee. This hotel is all about money and not putting in satisfactory services for guest I would rate this a 2/5 as it is that bad.
