「I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First and foremost, the property is not fully completed and is still undergoing construction, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities, including adequate food options and essential guest services. The electrical outlets are not properly equipped to accommodate standard appliances, and as a result, my $200 blow-dry brush was damaged. To make matters worse, there was no iron...

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「We paid Expedia $795.00 on August and when we arrived at the Ramada hotel, they said we did not pay for the room. So we had to pay again. They stated that Expedia never sent them any money. I would like Expedia to return my money. I also have all my prove that I paid double for the same room.」

「It was good the food wasn’t to die for but overall a good experience」

「Staff and hotel were both excellent.」
