「The staff Devina and Anthony as the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The pool area was kept nice and clean. The rooms were really clean and spacious! There was a slight miscommunication regarding the breakfast which was a little annoying but overall they tried to accommodate as much as they could which was appreciated. 「Although the hotel is located a little bit far from th capital, for budget traveller, good to stay. Besides, if you want to go toward Parika or Venezueran direction, it is a good location. One problem i felt was lack of energy of the staffs. If improved this points, this hotel has more potential, i think.」

「The room was clean; however, the shower had mold and mildew throughout. The tiles were cracked, and the grout between them was moldy; instead of replacing the tile, they used grout. When you walked into the room, the entire room smelled musky. I was told Upper Management is aware of the mold issue, but they aren't doing anything about it.
