「We were just staying here for the night along our road trip after a long day of driving we needed a break and this was the closest one to book from where we were at on the road. It was out of the way from the highway which was a pain but it was a decent hotel. The pool was okay but dirty all around the sides of it and they say it’s heated but it definitely was not as it was cold. 「My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.」

「All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.」

「We stopped on our way to CT.. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was decent. The only problem was the rub when we showered. There was no mat or gripping in the tub and no bar inside the shower. Otherwise, a decent stay. Easy off and on to highway.」

「The room and the bathroom had an odor to it housekeeping the beds were supposed to be queens, but they didn’t feel like they were didn’t look like they were queens more like they look like they were full-size beds the mirror was cracked on the bottom corner all in all mostly the snow and the hotel and then no housekeeping every time we need towels or toilet paper, we have to go to the desk to get it」
