「Nice place」

「The customer service I received was very good. The building was clean. I used the indoor pool and it was clean and adequate. The breakfast met my expectations.」

「The rooms need to be maintenance checked on a timely basis. Toilet was not anchored, and it ran constantly. Bed was super comfy. Love the shampoo/ soap & conditioner.」

「The parking is tight, ice machine was broken and appeared to have been out of service for some time. Hall ways smelled musty, but rooms were reasonably clean.」

「Property was clean but there were several parts that were torn up or extensively worn. Staff was excellent and breakfast was great」

「Pancake machine was out of service 2nd floor ice machine was out of service. no napkins available for breakfast.」

「丁寧に対応いただきました。」

「The desk clerk told me that they did not even have the kind of room that I had reserved through Expedia, a 2-queen suite with a balcony with two beds and a sofabed. I showed him the reservation, and he said it didn't exist. I could have 2 queens with a balcony but not a sofabed or a king suite with a balcony but only 1 bed. Since there were 3 of us, I ended up renting a second room for us to be comfortable. The Expedia listing was incorrect.」

「Nice, clean overnight stay」
