「All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.」

「This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...
