「Enjoyable afordable clean hotel. The highlights for us were the stunning sea views and great staff. Thank you to Virginia at the bar who helped us with our Spanish lessons and was always a joy. We enjoyed our four nights immensely. The only thing we thought could be better was the food especially in the two restaurants, buffet was far better than both but we still had full bellies everyday. I would happily return again !」

「Property is breathtaking. Beautiful river and facilities. The restaurant food and breakfast was very good. Parking is very close and convenient on property grounds. Staff was friendly and I had my laundry done after a day of riding ATV's. We did request to change rooms because the bathroom flooded when we took shower but they had no problem with moving us. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences."
