「Staff extremely polite & helpful!」

「The Town and Country motel was better than I expected for the price. The room was outdated, but clean (and who really needs modern?) The room came with TV, fridge, and microwave. Right next to Casey's, McDonald's down the bloc, and Cinco De Mayo across the street. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again for our fishing trip next year.」

「The set-up of the loft was fun for a group, we had 7. Loved the arcade and the big screen for gaming. 」

「Service was absolutely wonderful!! Except for one staff member. The amenities were great . Pool area was very loud due to a clanky vent or something (?) but felt amazing so kinda evened itself out mostly :-)」

「The bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. The room was large and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The hotel is close to retail shopping and dining.」

「The parking was convenient, staff at check in was very nice and the room carpet was updated. That's the best I can say. We booked here for the hot tub, but it wasn't working. Pool room was dilapidated. For both rooms, light switch to enter room didn't turn any lights on, so we had to enter a dark room alone (sister's room was on a different floor). Room smelled musty, toilet seat was cracked, shower was tiny, no water pressure so i could barely wash my hair, no soap or shower gel for shower,...

「Absolutely wonderful, secluded little place to stay! I was a little worried with it being right next to Lowe’s, but I hardly noticed at all! And to be honest I didn’t even know there was a hotel back there! Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect little hidden getaway! Building was well maintained and super clean, very very quiet inside, lovely gas fire out on the patio. All in all an excellent stay!」

「The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.」

「Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. Door to room was not aligned properly, had to forcefully close with weight of body. A lot of traffic from other guests, some shady looking characters. Front desk staff accused my young adult sons of not having a room, even threatening to call law enforcement for them sitting in breakfast area, causing me to...

「Our reservation was a last second error, while trying to register for a stay in Decatur, Indiana. Expedia staff tried repeatedly tried to correct this error, but staff at Decatur Illinois never responded. We eventually were charged for a hotel stay we never made」
