My husband was born and raised in Upper Lake and we decided to stay here for Anniversary. They hotel was very nice, high ceilings, nice furniture and attention to historical period pieces (like the knobs on the bathroom sink, and enormous clawfoot tub). Would recommend this place to stay.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night during our road trip and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable beds, no nonsense no frills furniture, clean useful shower. The breakfast was OK. The staff quite friendly. Would stay at this chain again on a road trip

Clean facility with very helpful and friendly staff. Room includes some bottled water and some sweet snacks to welcome visitors. Very nice stay.

The property and all staff members from Front Desk, Housekeeping and morning breakfast staff provided excellent service. Lindsay went above and beyond. Air conditioning worked great and rooms were clean. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent small motel in a small town. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good AC, great cable TV. Coffee and snacks in the office every morning. Next to the Sacramento River in downtown Colusa. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I was there for a 100 mile bike ride and the motel was in the perfect location.

Clean room. Amazing helpfully knowledgeable staff. Held our stuff while we golfed.

We arrived at 10pm and left the following morning at 8am. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and nice facilities.. microwave, internet, desk etc. etc. The breakfast was pretty spartan though. We would certainly stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful, unique and perfect!!!! Can’t wait to go back ...... loved every minute !!!!

Beyond expectations - 5 star resort all the way. Amazing food, amazing staff (thank you, Brittany). We came here to get to know the area and wanted to move in to Bed & Barrel. You are immediately relaxed, have beautiful views, luxury and incredibly comfortable accommodations! Absolutely partake in everything they have to offer - the picnic baskets, wine tasting, amazing breakfasts, and Michelin star(s) quality dinners cooked by Chef Brittany. You will not be disappointed!!

The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. They had good breakfast. I would stay here again.

Our third great stay at this hotel after our first leg of our road trip. Pet friendly, clean, convenient, right off the freeway, and next to several places to eat, including Starbucks next door. As we just sleep and get back on the road the next day, we don’t use the pool, but everything else was comfortable and felt safe. Coming home, we made the mistake of trying an Embassy Suites in Sacramento. Should have stayed here instead!

The place was safe with all employees being very courteous.
