「Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...

「Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.」

「This hotel has very nice rooms. If just rating on the room it would get a 5 rating for sure. Also, it is right at a race track which was very cool. One issue is that the entrance is hard for taxi driver to find if they have never been there before. Also, the front desk don't seem equiped well for foreigners. The wifi intructions were not in any other language and there was no directions provided about how to get to the breakfast room (which this place was not easy to find at all). This...

「From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...
