「Everything was great」

「I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.」

「The property is clean condition and the staff was friendly. Could use some updates but very nice otherwise.」

「This was the perfect place for a quick 2 night mini-honeymoon after our wedding. The grounds and River House were beautifully kept. We rented a little EV cart to explore and it was the best decision, we really loved roaming around through the woods and taking in the beautiful scenery. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful. My only wish is that there were options onsite for dinner and drinks at the cute little bar, but I understand the demand is likely not...

「We stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful time and will certainly be returning. Debbie and her husband were absolutely fantastic and very communicative throughout our stay. The cabins were nice and cozy. We would recommend bringing bug repellent and bed sheets/blankets. The AC was really good in the cabin and we had a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommended!!」

「This is such a quaint, beautiful place to stay. Communication from the property owners was excellent. They have a community sauna, hot tub, and fire pit. I was not able to utilize these as I was on a short business trip. Do remember to pack an iron, if needed. Other than that, they supply everything you need.」

「The camp was quiet and the people were friendly. The hosts were super nice and check-in and out were seamless. Definitely looking forward to the next time we visit!」

「outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. 」

「Nice and quiet.」

「Dog friendly translates to strong wet dog odor. Probably wouldn't bother dog lovers but is pretty intense for those not used to it. Make sure to toggle the expected guests when booking: despite no mention of cost differences by number of guests on Expedia, and the fact the default number is a passive default in the booking process, the owners charged us extra after we arrived for having our kids with us (we were still within the "sleeps 6" threshold). Not sure if that violates expedia' policies,...

「Loved our stay at the Wonder Woods Cabin! The cabin was the perfect size, very clean and had everything we needed. The game room was very nice and loved how we could walk over to The Strand for dinner! Highly recommend.」

「Everything was great, only wished paper towels and Kleenex were supplied. Also the water from faucets was very smelly..had to buy are own.」

「This stay could not have better met the needs of our group. Everything about it was perfect and we cannot wait to return!」

「Lovely accommodation and host handled a last minute issue for me quite nicely.」

「Debbie was a sensational host! She was cordial, always communicating with important details and was there to greet us upon arrival with her friendly pooch, Buster. The cabin was perfect and the area super quiet. Thank you!」
