"Julia was amazing at the front desk! She answered questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. The room was clean and nice. There was a small problem in our room when we went in, we called the desk and it was corrected immediately. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am the next morning. "Not Hilton standards. Of the many things we were dissatisfied about, probably the most important, is that our door did not latch. Our very first (and last!) morning, we woke up to find a piece of trim had fallen off the wall. Later that day, when I went to report it, I discovered that our door was not latched. The door did not close and latch securely and we slept all night unsecuredand vulnerable, and returned from the day out to find our room unsecured. These are fire rated doors and required...
