「I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall.」

「Old town was challenge to navigate but hotel a treat to find. Clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated with lots of books & photos. Located across street from park & Black Sea. Balcony with sea view. Continental breakfast good with local foods & fruits. Old town quiet in October - lots closed but fun to explore - walked along sea back to hotel.」

「Good We stayed over two nights at Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA in Burgasta city, Bulgaria. The hotel services, facilities were great. Good hospitality. The scenery from our room balcony was perfect even the night. The sunrise view also incredibly beautiful. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly less varieties of vegetables, there are more sweets or deserts, I meant fatty acid foods. Unfortunately the coffee machine were not exiting on the restaurant. It was a little sad that I was expecting to...

「値段相応の内容です。ソフィアを起点にした日帰りツアーに連日参加するため五連泊しましたが、タオルはバスタオルのみ(フェイスタオルと足拭きはなし)、交換も滞在中一度きりでした。 朝食とシャワーと睡眠と荷物預けと割り切っているので個人的には充足です。あと、ブルガリア料理店が近いことは便利です。 ただレセプションに人がいないことが多かったのは良くないと思いました。 ソフィアの他のホテルを知りませんが、他の都市と同様のサービスを求めるならば、他を選んだ方が無難です。」

「Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average. Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day. Bit expensive for what we got.」

「This is an original property with a retro vibe. It is clear this is family run and Violeta is a pleasant and gracoous host. The best feature of the property is the view of the black sea and being 20 steps from the beach.」

「We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
