"Well, the name is right, it is a "grand" and stately hotel. The rooms are enormous. Everything worked well and the staff were helpful. The location is central and very convenient for exploring Sofia on foot."

"Singurul minus care ii dau hotelului a fost apa rece din piscina . ( niste panouri solare pentru incalzirea apei ar fi bine venit ). In rest un hotel foarte bun. Curatenie , mancare foarte buna ( la orice ora gaseai ceva de mancat daca vreoiai ) , bauturi locale si nu numai , personal amabil ( la masa intradevar iti luau imediat farfuria din fata ce terminai de mancat , dar daca refuzai ti-l lasau ). Am vazut oameni care ieseau cu mancare din restaurant la piscina si nu li s-a atras atentia desi...

"Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! "

"I always love staying at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too. "

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "
