Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

Muy lindo hotel, moderno, nuevo. Todo impecable, el personal muy atento. Gran apuesta en la zona sur a pocos minutos Clyde CABA. La piscina no la pudimos usar por la época del año pero es realmente imponente, lugar obligado para sacar unas fotos. Para destacar el fogón en el patio fuera del bar a los pies de la pileta, espectacular. El desayuno está muy bien, variado y bien servido. Recomendable.

I only give it a 4 because it was very hard to get there and there were no instructions on how to get there . The staff went above and beyond later to get us there safe .

As we have come to expect from Four Seasons, we were made to feel luxuriously at home from the moment we arrived. Their level of service simply makes everywhere else pale in comparison. Our concierge, Pablo, was the epitome of warmth and professionalism with excellent English!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the property - the front desk staff as well as the breakfast and cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and happy to help. We appreciated that the desk staff spoke English, as they were able to help us book a show and contact a driver in Spanish. The breakfast is very nicely appointed in a nice area. This does not feel like a hotel, it is more like being in a private home. The staff is extraordinary! No request is too much for them and their demeanor is just so personal, friendly and sincere, it's like you are family to them. The rooms are modern, luxurious and sparkling clean. The entire staff at the hotel were excellent. Concierge staff were very helpful in planning activities for our trip. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent too. The hotel is in a great centralized location in Buenos Aires and within a a walking distance to great restaurants, museums, Eva Peron's cemetery and shopping.

My wife and I booked this hotel through Expedia. No previous knowledge of this hotel (we usually stay at the Four Seasons). We are glad we found it.
